1. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and vehicle.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash (if arranged in advance).
  • Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, or after-hours service.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled trip are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events outside our control.
  • For airport pickups, we monitor flight times and adjust accordingly.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave respectfully and safely.
  • Smoking, excessive intoxication, or damage to the vehicle is not allowed and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Luggage

  • Please let us know in advance if you have large or excess luggage.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during transit.

7. Vehicle Requests

  • We do our best to provide your chosen vehicle, but we may substitute a similar model if needed due to maintenance or availability.
